Rules for Alabama Pro Wrestling accounts, contributions, diamonds, official profiles and community features.

By using Alabama Pro Wrestling (“APOW”), operated by Fallen House Media LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase diamonds, or submit material.
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your password, and activity performed through your account. Email verification may be required before posting, submitting information, claiming professional profiles, or using other community features.
Do not impersonate another person, make fraudulent profile claims, harass others, post unlawful or malicious material, manipulate results, upload material you do not have permission to use, or interfere with site security. APOW may edit, reject, hide, suspend, or remove accounts and content when reasonably necessary.
Schedules, cards, appearances, results, roster information, rankings, rumors, and promotion details can change or contain errors. Verify important travel, ticket, and event information with the relevant venue or promotion. APOW is an independent information and community service and is not affiliated with every wrestler or promotion listed.
Claim approval does not transfer ownership of APOW’s database or page design. You retain rights you already hold in material you submit, while granting APOW a nonexclusive license to store, display, format, moderate, and distribute that material as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have permission to submit it.
Diamonds are virtual loyalty currency with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, wagered, or redeemed for cash. Digital cosmetics and services may have diamond redemption prices. Regular cosmetic refunds are not automatic and may be approved by APOW for duplicate transactions, technical failures, incorrect listings, or exceptional circumstances. Approved refunds remove the associated item and return no more than the diamonds originally paid. Cash purchases of diamond packs are handled under applicable payment-provider and legal requirements.
Custom avatars are manually fulfilled commissions. APOW may reject and refund an order it cannot safely or appropriately complete. Customers must own or have permission to use submitted reference images. A refunded delivered avatar is removed from the account.
APOW may link to promotions, ticket sellers, social platforms, sponsors, payment providers, and other third parties. APOW does not control their content, availability, transactions, or privacy practices.
Features may be changed, interrupted, corrected, or discontinued. These Terms may be updated as APOW grows; the current version will remain posted here.
Questions, disputes, copyright concerns, and account requests may be submitted through the APOW contact form.
Do not use APOW messages for harassment, threats, spam, unlawful material, unwanted commercial solicitation, or selling member information. Recipients may block senders and report individual messages. Promoter groups are saved recipient lists for legitimate wrestling operations involving verified APOW accounts; each recipient receives a separate private message rather than entering a shared group chat.
Monthly APOW Premium memberships automatically renew at the stated recurring price until canceled. The account's next renewal date is displayed in My Account. APOW does not send routine courtesy renewal reminders except where required by law or a payment provider.
Canceling Premium turns off future automatic renewal and does not immediately end the paid membership period. Premium benefits remain active through the current paid-through date. Cancellation does not create a prorated or current-period refund except where required by law or for a verified billing error.
Diamonds already awarded to an account and digital items permanently purchased with Diamonds remain with the account after Premium ends. Temporary subscription benefits end when the paid entitlement expires. Diamonds are usable across participating Fallen House Diamond Network properties and have no cash value.
APOW may offer a one-time 250-Diamond membership-retention incentive when an account first attempts to cancel. That offer may be used only once per APOW account. Accepting it leaves automatic renewal on but never removes the member's ability to cancel later.
Promoter Premium Fan Reward Diamonds are a restricted engagement allowance, not a personal Diamond balance. Promotions cannot directly select recipients, transfer the allowance to themselves, or roll unused Fan Reward Diamonds into later billing periods. APOW applies published activity rules and equal treatment to qualifying participants.
