Rules for Alabama Pro Wrestling accounts, contributions, diamonds, official profiles and community features.

By using Alabama Pro Wrestling (“APOW”), operated by Fallen House Media LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase diamonds, or submit material.
You are responsible for accurate registration information, protecting your password, and activity performed through your account. Email verification may be required before posting, submitting information, claiming professional profiles, or using other community features.
Do not impersonate another person, make fraudulent profile claims, harass others, post unlawful or malicious material, manipulate results, upload material you do not have permission to use, or interfere with site security. APOW may edit, reject, hide, suspend, or remove accounts and content when reasonably necessary.
Schedules, cards, appearances, results, roster information, rankings, rumors, and promotion details can change or contain errors. Verify important travel, ticket, and event information with the relevant venue or promotion. APOW is an independent information and community service and is not affiliated with every wrestler or promotion listed.
Claim approval does not transfer ownership of APOW’s database or page design. You retain rights you already hold in material you submit, while granting APOW a nonexclusive license to store, display, format, moderate, and distribute that material as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have permission to submit it.
Diamonds are virtual loyalty currency with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, wagered, or redeemed for cash. Digital cosmetics and services may have diamond redemption prices. Regular cosmetic refunds are not automatic and may be approved by APOW for duplicate transactions, technical failures, incorrect listings, or exceptional circumstances. Approved refunds remove the associated item and return no more than the diamonds originally paid. Cash purchases of diamond packs are handled under applicable payment-provider and legal requirements.
Custom avatars are manually fulfilled commissions. APOW may reject and refund an order it cannot safely or appropriately complete. Customers must own or have permission to use submitted reference images. A refunded delivered avatar is removed from the account.
APOW may link to promotions, ticket sellers, social platforms, sponsors, payment providers, and other third parties. APOW does not control their content, availability, transactions, or privacy practices.
Features may be changed, interrupted, corrected, or discontinued. These Terms may be updated as APOW grows; the current version will remain posted here.
