How recurring APOW Premium memberships renew and cancel.
Monthly APOW Premium memberships renew automatically at the stated recurring membership price until canceled. The member's next renewal date is displayed in My Account.
APOW does not send routine courtesy renewal reminders. APOW or its payment provider may send notices when required by applicable law or provider rules.
Canceling turns off future automatic renewal. It does not immediately end the paid membership. Premium access and included benefits continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation does not create a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a verified billing error.
Diamonds already credited remain in the member's Diamond Bank and are usable throughout the Fallen House Diamond Network. Permanently purchased items remain owned after Premium ends. Temporary subscription benefits end when paid Premium access expires.
Sign in and open My Account. Each renewable Premium membership has a clearly labeled Cancel Membership button.
APOW may offer 250 Diamonds the first time an account begins cancellation. This offer is available only once for the lifetime of the APOW account. Accepting it keeps automatic renewal on but does not prevent later cancellation.
