How Alabama Pro Wrestling collects, uses and protects account and community information.
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Alabama Pro Wrestling (“APOW”), operated by Fallen House Media LLC, collects information you provide when you create an account, contact APOW, submit results or corrections, claim a professional profile, participate in the forum, purchase diamonds, order a custom avatar, connect a third-party account, or otherwise use community features. This may include your name, username, email address, submitted text, uploaded images, transaction references, and moderation history.
If an authorized promotion representative connects Facebook to APOW, Meta may provide that person’s Facebook user identifier, the names and identifiers of Pages they are authorized to manage, granted Page tasks, and Page access tokens. APOW uses this information only to display connected Pages and retrieve eligible Page content for review within APOW. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. APOW does not sell Facebook data, use it to build advertising profiles, or automatically publish imported Page material.
APOW’s authorized owner may use a time-limited, read-only support view when necessary to reproduce an account-specific technical problem. The support view blocks changes, messages, purchases, and account actions. APOW may also review a reported message or the relevant direct conversation between reporting and reported accounts when reasonably necessary to investigate harassment, abuse, fraud, or another safety concern. These sessions require a stated business reason, create automatic access and activity records, and require closing notes. Access is limited to legitimate support, security, moderation, legal, and service-integrity purposes.
APOW may process basic technical information such as IP-derived security hashes, browser details, timestamps, cookies, session identifiers, and activity records needed to operate accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and protect the site. APOW does not publish your email address or raw IP address.
Cash payments are processed by Stripe. APOW does not store complete payment-card numbers. Diamond balances and Diamond Network transactions are processed through participating Fallen House systems and may retain transaction identifiers, amounts, descriptions, and fraud-prevention records.
Forum posts, approved profile information, official-profile posts, public contribution credit, and other material deliberately submitted for publication may be visible to other visitors. Private custom-avatar reference images are restricted to authorized processing and are removed after fulfillment or refund when the workflow permits.
Information is used to operate accounts and site features, verify identities and official-profile claims, process purchases and refunds, moderate submissions, communicate about account activity, investigate reported safety concerns, diagnose account-specific problems, improve APOW, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
APOW may use hosting, email-delivery, payment, analytics, advertising, security, and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, accounting, dispute prevention, moderation, and legal compliance. You may disconnect Facebook through Meta’s Apps and Websites controls, use APOW’s Data Deletion Instructions, or contact APOW to request correction or deletion of eligible information. Some transaction, audit, safety, editorial, or legal records may need to be retained.
APOW is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 13.
Privacy questions and requests may be submitted through the APOW contact form or emailed to contact@alabamaprowrestling.com.
Private member and promoter-group messages are stored to deliver account conversations. APOW does not routinely read private conversations. If a recipient reports a specific message, that reported message and its report reason become available to APOW for safety review. Members may block other accounts.
